Registration:
Regular Registration Fee including all nine meals* : $500
*Actual cost is more than $300 for three breakfasts, three lunches and three dinners
Student Registration without meals*: $300
*Includes proceedings, coffee/water breaks, a bag, a polo-shirts and a gift.
Discount for Early Registration*: $100
*Early registration site will be open between May 1 and May 31.
Discount for KSEA members effective for the 40th term 7/1/2011-6/30/2012* : $100
*Must join or renew membership on May 1 or after.
Travel Grant for oral/poster presenters:
- Lodging subsidy up to $200 ($50 per each night staying at the Canyons Resort)
- Air transportation subsidy of 50% of the airfare or $300, whichever smaller.
- Ground transportation subsidy at 20 cents per mile up to 1500 miles of one-way shortest driving distance to Park City, Utah, per each eligible passenger*.
*eligible passenger: one whoes abstract is accepted for oral or poster presentation.
